Vegas Avellaneda vs Montana Ortega

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Jalisco promoted show at Rodrigo Olan Gym, Zapopan,  taking place on 26/05/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Jalisco Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vegas Avellaneda (8 - 6 - 7) who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico and Montana Ortega(10 - 1 - 4) from Guadalajara, Mexico.  Avellaneda weighed in at 112 pounds, while Ortega weighed in at 111 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Enzo Hinojosa, and the three ringside judges are Diego Milian, Felippe Jacobo and Montel Villalta.
