Dave Morison vs Harvey Maskell

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Cathey, Christchurch,  taking place on 27/05/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dave Morison (5 - 7(1) - 3) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Harvey Maskell(9 - 8) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Morison weighed in at 235 pounds and 14 ounces, while Maskell weighed in at 239 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Moad, and the three ringside judges are Joshua Dallis, Dave Pera and Ruki Kohu.
