Aimon Licona vs Angel Pinero

Boxing Daily Report from the Monare Promotions promoted show at Nicandro Riveron Gym, Managua,  taking place on 27/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aimon Licona (8 - 5 - 2) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and Angel Pinero(10 - 5) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Licona weighed in at 129 pounds And 10 ounces, while Pinero weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Salvador Oyola, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Mosso, Francisco Osegueda and Roman Rodriguez.  

Round 1: 

Pinero switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.
