Alfonso Landa vs Tajo Russi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Peru-Lima promoted show at Lima Rebolledo, Lima,  taking place on 29/05/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Peru-Lima Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alfonso Landa (10 - 2 - 1) who hails from Lima, Peru and Tajo Russi(8 - 8 - 5) from Lima, Peru.  Landa weighed in at 129 pounds and 11 ounces, while Russi weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Guillermo Rodriguez, and the three ringside judges are Seferino Ozuna, Xaverius Apostol and Agapetus Mejia.
