Marco Gumila vs Juan Avitia

Boxing Daily Report from the Agnozzi Promotions promoted show at Angel Guarin Gym, Zamboanga City,  taking place on 29/05/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Zamboanga del Sur Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marco Gumila (5 - 1 - 1) who hails from Pagadian, Philippines and Juan Avitia(8 - 4 - 4) from Zamboanga City, Philippines.  Both Gumila and Avitia weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Sierra, and the three ringside judges are Ximen Tavera, Santiago Caluag and Joaquin Sierra.  

Round 1: 

Gumila is looking to close the distance.  Avitia hits home with a left hook.
