Szymon Golba vs Ksawery Karcz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Poland-Lower Silesian promoted show at Wroclaw Kochan, Wroclaw,  taking place on 29/05/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Poland-Lower Silesian Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on nSport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Szymon Golba (16 - 0) who hails from Wroclaw, Poland and Ksawery Karcz(11 - 5 - 5) from Wroclaw, Poland.  Both Golba and Karcz weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jarek Szpara, and the three ringside judges are Wojtek Godlewski, Dorota Filar and Michal Gonet.  

Round 1: 

Golba hits home with a right hook.  
Golba throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Golba holds on to his opponent.  Golba pushes his forearm into Karcz's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Golba to stop fouling.

Golba lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Golba holds on to his opponent.  Golba throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Golba about fouling.

Golba feints a cross, but Karcz does not fall for it and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Golba steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Golba steps inside.  Golba is on target with a right hook.  Golba clinches his opponent.  Golba leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Golba's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
