Goga Tissin vs Borya Holub

Boxing Daily Report from the Assiful Promotions promoted show at Evgeny Glushakov Gym, Prokopyevsk,  taking place on 30/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Kemerovo Oblast Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Goga Tissin (8 - 8 - 3) who hails from Prokopyevsk, Russia and Borya Holub(10 - 5) from Kemerovo, Russia.  Both Tissin and Holub weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yulian Mekhontsev, and the three ringside judges are Boris Chaplin, Boris Danilin and Dmitriy Kovalik.  

Round 1: 

Holub advances into close range and drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  
Holub lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Holub dabs at his face checking for damage.
