Alfonso Salamanca vs Jerrold Velarde

Boxing Daily Report from the Sahaghyan Promotions promoted show at Madrid Montenegro, Madrid,  taking place on 31/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain-Comunidad de Madrid Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alfonso Salamanca (7 - 7(1) - 6) who hails from Madrid, Spain and Jerrold Velarde(8 - 6 - 2) from Madrid, Spain.  Salamanca weighed in at 129 pounds and 14 ounces, while Velarde weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ignado Salome, and the three ringside judges are Ignado Salome, Rodrigo Maio and Onofre Zaragoza.
