Cody Liebenberg vs Ben Chohan

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Standard Bank Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 06/06/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Africa Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SABC1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Cody Liebenberg (14 - 2(1)) who hails from Mamelodi, South Africa and Ben Chohan(11 - 6) from Cape Town, South Africa.  Liebenberg weighed in at 159 pounds and 7 ounces, while Chohan weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Simba Bariagher, and the three ringside judges are Ndumisa Ntuli, Cole Twala and Max De Jager.
