Davie Choombe vs Xyshaun Simukoko

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zambia-Lusaka promoted show at Lusaka Lyainga, Lusaka,  taking place on 03/06/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zambia Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ZNBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Davie Choombe (8 - 8) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Xyshaun Simukoko(18 - 3(1)) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Choombe weighed in at 168 pounds, while Simukoko weighed in at 167 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Wayne Chimuka, and the three ringside judges are Peter Shona, Makalo Mwala and Vashon Kalunga.
