Okoth Nkhoma vs Shontae Ngwira

Boxing Daily Report from the Sangweni Promotions promoted show at Lusaka Hachibe, Lusaka,  taking place on 03/06/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zambia-Lusaka Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Okoth Nkhoma (2 - 9 - 4) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Shontae Ngwira(7 - 3 - 1) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Both Nkhoma and Ngwira weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kwamin Sichinga, and the three ringside judges are Napoleon Nanyangwe, Floyd Mubu and Luister Sibanda.  

Round 1: 

Ngwira is looking to close the distance and connects with a sharp right hook.
