Paul Madziva vs Michael Tekere

Boxing Daily Report from the Harare Boxing Club promoted show at Harare Chifokoyo, Harare,  taking place on 03/06/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Zimbabwe-Harare Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Madziva (12 - 1) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Michael Tekere(14 - 2) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Madziva weighed in at 174 pounds And 12 ounces, while Tekere weighed in at 174 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bradley Masunda, and the three ringside judges are Ian Mataz, John Sword and Floyd Tekere.
