Rodric Atkins vs Dom Lujano

Boxing Daily Report from the Rumble Promtions promoted show at Zicro Academy, Tallahassee,  taking place on 02/06/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-South Atlantic Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodric Atkins (6 - 6 - 5) who hails from Richmond, USA and Dom Lujano(8 - 5 - 4) from Cape Coral, USA.  Both Atkins and Lujano weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Glynn Mescall, and the three ringside judges are Theo Ines, Paul Corse and Cody Bremner.  

Round 1: 

Lujano is looking to close the distance.  Atkins is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Lujano feints a jab, tricking Atkins into countering with a left hook.  Lujano springs the trap, countering with  a right uppercut.  
Atkins quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Lujano hits home with a cross.  
Atkins digs in a left hook to Lujano's ribs.  
Lujano is looking to keep his distance.  Atkins finds the target with a jab.  
Atkins switches the action to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Lujano is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Atkins attempts to land a jab, but Lujano blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Atkins's body.
