Bruce Jaure vs Gus Cathcart

Boxing Daily Report from the Harare Boxing Club promoted show at Harare Chiroto, Harare,  taking place on 03/06/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zimbabwe Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Bruce Jaure (13 - 4) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Gus Cathcart(9 - 4 - 1) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Both Jaure and Cathcart weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kwamin Mahachi, and the three ringside judges are Chris Parirenyatwa, Darryl Sibanda and Edward Chung.  

Round 1: 

Cathcart lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.
