Shin Konishi vs Ryuu Mihara

Boxing Daily Report from the Lampi Promotions promoted show at Aki Nakao Gym, Sapporo,  taking place on 20/06/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Japan-Tokyo Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shin Konishi (10 - 5 - 3) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Ryuu Mihara(11 - 7 - 1) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Konishi and Mihara weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Takeshi Tachibana, and the three ringside judges are Daichi Okabe, Jiro Nakashima and Akira Jin.  

Round 1: 

Konishi tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a jab.  
Mihara sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Konishi finds the target with a jab.  
Mihara steps to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Konishi parries the shot and counters with a right hook.
