Rico Gloria vs Macario Castillo

Boxing Daily Report from the Sowah Promotions promoted show at Fresco Moran Gym, Maracaibo,  taking place on 11/06/2025:

Clearly Sowah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Zulia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rico Gloria (4 - 3 - 4) who hails from Cabimas, Venezuela and Macario Castillo(7 - 8(1) - 3) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Gloria weighed in at 134 pounds And 12 ounces, while Castillo weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Federico Chapa, and the three ringside judges are Xeres Jesus, Joaquin Posada and Jax Sicilia.
