Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Don Haskins Convention Center, El Paso,  taking place on 20/06/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Soutter (14(2) - 0) who hails from Moreno Valley, USA and Glynn Lenox(10 - 5 - 1) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Soutter and Lenox weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Corey Barnes, and the three ringside judges are James Crum, Mike Ruane and Orlando Merlin.  

Round 1: 

Soutter is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Soutter sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Soutter has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused bad swelling  around the right eye.

Lenox closes the distance.  Soutter quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Soutter lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Lenox dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Soutter lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head, DROPPING LENOX TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
The right shot from Soutter could be enough to force the stoppage!  Soutter lands a left hook, cross and a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND LENOX IS DOWN!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Soutter!
