William Telfer vs Amjad Mahmud

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Civic Auditorium, San Jose,  taking place on 23/06/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are William Telfer (11(8) - 0) who hails from New York City, USA and Amjad Mahmud(13 - 7(1)) from Oklahoma City, USA.  Both Telfer and Mahmud weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daniel Weir, and the three ringside judges are Zuffur Sylla, Ricky Valle and Will Ducat.  

Round 1:

Telfer knows Mahmud is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Telfer lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left hook, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES MAHMUD!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Telfer!
