Farhan Rouai vs Majid Behar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Algeria-Oran promoted show at Oran Belhocine, Oran,  taking place on 13/06/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Algeria-Oran Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal Algérie, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Farhan Rouai (5 - 4 - 2) who hails from Oran, Algeria and Majid Behar(3 - 1 - 3) from Oran, Algeria.  Rouai weighed in at 122 pounds, while Behar weighed in at 121 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Waqar Ahmed, and the three ringside judges are Mohsin Djahnine, Obaid Selmi and Zuffur Louahla.

Rouai closes the distance and connects with a right hook.  Rouai holds on to his opponent.  Behar is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Behar about fouling.

Behar forces Rouai to back into the ropes.  Behar pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Behar is looking to close the distance.  Behar steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Rouai steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Behar finds the target with a jab.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Rouai's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Behar's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.
