Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hokkaido promoted show at Asahikawa Sando, Asahikawa,  taking place on 30/05/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Chris Prentice (0 - 0) who hails from Waitakere, New Zealand and Taro Kato(3 - 5 - 1) from Suita, Japan.  Both Prentice and Kato weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiroki Kawai, and the three ringside judges are Kyo Kawabata, Goro Mori and Aki Mizuno.
