Mark Ovens vs Carlos Barahona

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Houston Athletic Fencing Center, Houston,  taking place on 27/06/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Ovens (15(5) - 0) who hails from Fremont, USA and Carlos Barahona(8 - 3) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Ovens weighed in at 199 pounds and 10 ounces, while Barahona weighed in at 199 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Harry Burwick, and the three ringside judges are Johnny Cornejo, Rob Smith and Asif Farra.
