Carlos Rayas vs Cuba Belmontes

Boxing Daily Report from the Wonani Promotions promoted show at Angel Frias Gym, Guayaquil,  taking place on 17/06/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Guayas Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Rayas (10 - 0) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Cuba Belmontes(8 - 10 - 2) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Rayas and Belmontes weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jesus Luy, and the three ringside judges are Quiqui Rubi, Alejandro Orona and Juan Corzo.
