Rashid Jamail vs Indra Trivedi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Delhi promoted show at Taj Palace, New Delhi,  taking place on 22/05/2025:

Clearly AI India-Delhi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Rashid Jamail (1 - 0) who hails from Pune, India and Indra Trivedi(0 - 4) from Mumbai, India.  Both Jamail and Trivedi weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jyotish Manda, and the three ringside judges are Arjuna Chaudhry, Jyotish Manda and Atif Mostafa.  

Round 1: 

Jamail is on target with a left uppercut.

Trivedi steps inside.  Jamail pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into Trivedi's body.

Jamail pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.

Jamail backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Trivedi is whaling away with hooks, but Jamail keeps his defence tight.  
Jamail digs in a firm left hook to Trivedi's liver.  
Trivedi throws a right hook, but Jamail holds on to his opponent.  Jamail is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Jamail about fouling.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Trivedi's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Trivedi's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
