Urmas Turunen vs Jarmo Jokela

Boxing Daily Report from the Acquaah Promotions promoted show at Vantaa Heikkila, Vantaa,  taking place on 18/06/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Finland-Uusimaa Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Urmas Turunen (12 - 6 - 3) who hails from Espoo, Finland and Jarmo Jokela(10 - 8 - 2) from Helsinki, Finland.  Turunen weighed in at 159 pounds and 7 ounces, while Jokela weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Touko Ahde, and the three ringside judges are Miko Vainio, Manu Kivinen and Eemil Porkka.

Turunen advances into close range and is on target with a left hook.
