Xaver Colmenero vs Joaquin Lazos

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Mexico State promoted show at Ecatepec Montejano, Ecatepec,  taking place on 25/06/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xaver Colmenero (11(1) - 3) who hails from Acapulco, Mexico and Joaquin Lazos(14 - 3) from Tlalnepantla, Mexico.  Colmenero weighed in at 229 pounds and 15 ounces, while Lazos weighed in at 235 pounds and 6 ounces.
