Jose Frausto vs Rio Acero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Baja California promoted show at Tijuana Tamayo, Tijuana,  taking place on 25/06/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Baja California Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jose Frausto (12 - 0) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Rio Acero(12 - 3) from Mexicali, Mexico.  Both Frausto and Acero weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jeraldo Toribio, and the three ringside judges are Gervasio Sastre, Juan Valdes and Porfio Rodriguez.
