Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Tamaulipas promoted show at Reynosa Batres, Reynosa,  taking place on 25/06/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Berto Machin (16 - 1) who hails from Matamoros, Mexico and Diego Barriga(8 - 9) from Reynosa, Mexico.  Machin weighed in at 117 pounds And 11 ounces, while Barriga weighed in at 117 pounds And 7 ounces.
