Voshon Sikali vs Quinto Castillon

Boxing Daily Report from the Quick Tan Promotions promoted show at Ellis Park Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 05/07/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Voshon Sikali (14(5) - 0) who hails from Mamelodi, South Africa and Quinto Castillon(10 - 5 - 3) from Mexico City, Mexico.  Both Sikali and Castillon weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Siphelele Nhlapo, and the three ringside judges are Aenas Van der Walt, Bernardus Hertzog and Barry Khuzwayo.  

Round 1: 

Sikali hits home with an overhand right.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Castillon's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Castillon's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.
