Gig Ribas vs Noe Matas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Paraguay-Alto Parana promoted show at Ciudad del Este Baro, Ciudad del Este,  taking place on 28/06/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Paraguay Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports Latin America, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gig Ribas (10(1) - 1 - 1) who hails from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay and Noe Matas(13 - 0) from Asuncion, Paraguay.  Both Ribas and Matas weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edmundo Javier, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Lopez, Diego Munos and Antonio Vallecillo.
