Kristian Korhonen vs Markus Ahopalo

Boxing Daily Report from the Wekinky Promotions promoted show at Toolo Sports Hall, Helsinki,  taking place on 14/07/2025:

Clearly Wekinky Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Nelonen, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kristian Korhonen (10(3) - 0) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Markus Ahopalo(1 - 6 - 2) from Turku, Finland.  Korhonen weighed in at 174 pounds and 14 ounces, while Ahopalo weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pekka Waisanen, and the three ringside judges are Eemil Porkka, Erkki Hattonen and Hannu Perko.
