Chul Ku vs Myung-joo Chong

Boxing Daily Report from the Boateng Promotions promoted show at Cheonan Pae, Cheonan,  taking place on 30/06/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Korea-South Chungcheong Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Star Sports Korea, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chul Ku (13 - 0 - 1) who hails from Seosan, South Korea and Myung-joo Chong(15 - 2(1)) from Cheonan, South Korea.  Both Ku and Chong weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ju-young Yeo, and the three ringside judges are Tae-hee Kong, Min-woo Um and Sung-yeung Kee.
