Suleiman Doruk vs Omer Akdari

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Turkey-Izmir promoted show at Izmir Akcha, Izmir,  taking place on 01/07/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Izmir Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Suleiman Doruk (13 - 3) who hails from Izmir, Turkey and Omer Akdari(13 - 3 - 1) from Izmir, Turkey.  Doruk weighed in at 134 pounds and 15 ounces, while Akdari weighed in at 134 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Metin Yerli, and the three ringside judges are Ufuk Onder, Koray Ali and Ayberk Akinci.
