Johnny Goldie vs Joaquin Montijo

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at H & PE Arena, Houston,  taking place on 12/07/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Johnny Goldie (16 - 1) who hails from Las Vegas, USA and Joaquin Montijo(9 - 2) from Mixco, Guatemala.  Both Goldie and Montijo weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Smyth, and the three ringside judges are David Smyth, Mike Ruane and Asif Farra.
