Michael Sellitti vs Chris Kunzelman

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Missouri promoted show at St. Louis Palm, St. Louis,  taking place on 02/07/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Michael Sellitti (11 - 6 - 2) who hails from New York City, USA and Chris Kunzelman(15(3) - 0) from Kansas City, USA.  Both Sellitti and Kunzelman weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Antwan Dougherty, and the three ringside judges are William Harkins, Antwan Dougherty and Gethin Rodgers.  

Round 1: 

Kunzelman gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to Sellitti's liver.

Kunzelman throws a left uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Kunzelman clinches his opponent.  Kunzelman is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Sellitti's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Sellitti's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Sellitti's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
