Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uzbekistan-Toshkent Shahri promoted show at Toshkent Abdiroff, Toshkent,  taking place on 02/07/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uzbekistan Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Uzbek Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Marlen Salimzhanow (9 - 0) who hails from Toshkent, Uzbekistan and Mikayil Bakhlulov(8 - 6 - 7) from Toshkent, Uzbekistan.  Salimzhanow weighed in at 174 pounds And 13 ounces, while Bakhlulov weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Konstantin Abduragimov, and the three ringside judges are Akif Khalili, Alekber Barakat and Boris Rafiev.
