Will Chimbetu vs Leeroy Masunda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zimbabwe-Bulawayo promoted show at Bulawayo Chikwava, Bulawayo,  taking place on 03/07/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Bulawayo Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Will Chimbetu (12 - 5) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Leeroy Masunda(4 - 9 - 4) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Chimbetu and Masunda weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leighton Van den Bergh, and the three ringside judges are George Chimutengwende, Jack Shamuyarira and Jack Shamuyarira.
