Oscar MacVicar vs Mark Look

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Utah promoted show at Richie Akins Gym, Salt Lake City,  taking place on 03/07/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Mountain West Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oscar MacVicar (4 - 10 - 6) who hails from Provo, USA and Mark Look(10 - 2) from Anchorage, USA.  Both MacVicar and Look weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edward Cary, and the three ringside judges are John Egerton, Jordan Burke and Neil Probert.  

Round 1: 

Look lands a left uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Look lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Look is on target with a left hook.  Look throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
MacVicar steps to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Look gets on the inside.  Look backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  MacVicar is whaling away with hooks, but Look keeps his defence tight.
