Dale Kelly vs Lee Isaac

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at The Dome Grand Central Hall, Liverpool,  taking place on 01/08/2025:

Clearly Kurusu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Dale Kelly (9 - 0) who hails from Northampton, UK and Lee Isaac(0 - 6) from Bristol, UK.  Both Kelly and Isaac weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Euan Culbertson, and the three ringside judges are William McCorkel, Tobias Moffit and Ian Lowery.  

Round 1: 

Kelly is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Isaac advances into close range.  Kelly retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Isaac hits home with a right hook.  Isaac attempts to land a left hook, but Kelly sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Isaac advances into close range and throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kelly hits home with a left hook.  
Kelly lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kelly connects with a left hook.  
Kelly lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Kelly is on target with a cross.  
Kelly gets on the inside and connects with a left uppercut.

Kelly gets on the inside.  Isaac throws a right uppercut, but Kelly clinches his opponent.  Isaac pushes his forearm into Kelly's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Isaac about fouling.  
Isaac throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Kelly time to recover.
