Ian Varona vs Rob Sellards

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Havana Fletes, Havana,  taking place on 04/08/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Varona (9 - 4) who hails from Portland, USA and Rob Sellards(8 - 4 - 3) from West Valley City, USA.  Both Varona and Sellards weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alvino Navarra, and the three ringside judges are Jax Telleria, Luis Sanchez and Reyes Amaro.  

Round 1: 

Varona is on target with a jab.  
Varona steps inside and walks Sellards down, trapping him on the ropes.  Varona attempts to land a right uppercut, but Sellards sidesteps and counters with a left hook.
