Gardiner Dreessen vs Ethan Morris

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at Big Gym, London,  taking place on 04/07/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Gardiner Dreessen (11(2) - 0) who hails from Copenhagen, Denmark and Ethan Morris(2 - 0 - 1) from Brighton and Hove, UK.  Both Dreessen and Morris weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joe Dempster, and the three ringside judges are Jim McCombie, Owen Pugh and Gethin Kavanah.  

Round 1: 

Dreessen closes the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Dreessen holds on to his opponent.  Morris leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Dreessen throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Dreessen clinches his opponent.  Dreessen is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Morris steps to the outside.  Dreessen is on target with a sharp cross.  
Dreessen tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Dreessen steps inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Dreessen ties up his opponent.  Dreessen pushes his forearm into Morris's face.  The ref breaks Dreessen's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Dreessen is looking to close the distance and drives a sharp left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Dreessen hits home with a stinging right hook.

Dreessen gets on the inside and manages to force Morris into a neutral corner.  Dreessen lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
