Matt Ritchey vs Bruce MacNab

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 25/07/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Matt Ritchey (13 - 9) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Bruce MacNab(5 - 6 - 3) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Ritchey and MacNab weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zain Sharifi, and the three ringside judges are Inigo Craigen, Mel Culp and Rob Gollon.  

Round 1: 

Ritchey lands an overhand right.
