Neil Villalobos vs Chris Lannon

Boxing Daily Report from the Tambo Promotions promoted show at Rob Melrose Gym, Philadelphia,  taking place on 18/07/2025:

Clearly Tambo Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neil Villalobos (9(2) - 0) who hails from Los Angeles, USA and Chris Lannon(8 - 6 - 2) from New York City, USA.  Both Villalobos and Lannon weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lloyd Orton, and the three ringside judges are Mark Munro, Sam Fenty and Robert Nodine.  

Round 1: 

Villalobos lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Villalobos senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Lannon and just needs the right shot.  Villalobos drives a potent right uppercut into Lannon's body.  LANNON HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  It looks like Lannon has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Villalobos!
