Boxing Daily Report from the Nunoo Promotions promoted show at Santa Cruz de la Sie Berra, Santa Cruz de la Sierra,  taking place on 15/07/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Tigo Bolivia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Iago Gerardo (14(2) - 6(1)) who hails from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia and Reyes Preciado(7 - 5(1) - 2) from La Paz, Bolivia.  Both Gerardo and Preciado weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ora Salido, and the three ringside judges are Onofre Aparicio, Agapetus Angeles and Juan Rosero.  

Round 1: 

Preciado advances into close range.  Preciado sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Gerardo is on target with a right uppercut.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gerardo dabs at his face checking for damage.  Gerardo has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Preciado connects with a right hook.  
Preciado closes the distance.  Gerardo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Gerardo attempts to land a right hook, but Preciado blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Preciado lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Gerardo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a cross.
