Leonel Borjas vs Santiago Vivar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Guayas promoted show at Jax Bolivar Gym, Guayaquil,  taking place on 17/06/2025:

Clearly AI Ecuador-Guayas have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Guayas Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leonel Borjas (9 - 10 - 1) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Santiago Vivar(7 - 14(2) - 1) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Borjas and Vivar weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alfonso Cilia, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Andrada, Vicente Tamez and Juan Corzo.
