Elliot Erving vs Dan Cousar

Boxing Daily Report from the Yassa Promotions promoted show at Calgary Sand, Calgary,  taking place on 16/07/2025:

Clearly Yassa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Alberta Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elliot Erving (12 - 4) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Dan Cousar(8(1) - 0) from Calgary, Canada.  Erving weighed in at 112 pounds, while Cousar weighed in at 111 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Clint Craig, and the three ringside judges are Oscar Lewis, Rob Spade and Tyson Bart.  

Round 1: 

Cousar is looking to close the distance and hits home with a left uppercut.
