Quiqui San Jose vs Montel Lamar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Costa Rica-San Jose promoted show at Gimnasio Fight Club, San Jose,  taking place on 16/07/2025:

Clearly AI Costa Rica-San Jose have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Costa Rica-San Jose Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Quiqui San Jose (4 - 1) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Montel Lamar(1 - 8) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  San Jose weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces, while Lamar weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Agapetus Magdaleno, and the three ringside judges are Esteban Macario, Vicente Guzman and Loredo Mesquita.
