Havel Meier vs Ferdinand Shimek

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Czech Republic-Prague promoted show at Radovan Balek Gym, Prague,  taking place on 16/07/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Czech Republic-Prague Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Havel Meier (6 - 11 - 5) who hails from Prague, Czech Republic and Ferdinand Shimek(16 - 4) from Prague, Czech Republic.  Both Meier and Shimek weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rene Bezdek, and the three ringside judges are Ctirad Vacek, Nikola Pavlicek and BarnabßÜ Machon.  

Round 1: 

Shimek hits home with a cross.
