Jaul Ksikes vs Matthew Griffith

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Centre Étienne Desmarteau - Ice Rink Caroline Ouellette, Montreal,  taking place on 21/08/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jaul Ksikes (11(2) - 1) who hails from Errachidia, Morocco and Matthew Griffith(7 - 6 - 4) from Vancouver, Canada.  Both Ksikes and Griffith weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Erec Adore, and the three ringside judges are Johnny Smith, Erec Adore and Granger Hinault.  

Round 1: 

Ksikes pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Ksikes is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a jab.

Ksikes gets on the inside and is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents liver.  Ksikes ties up his opponent.  Ksikes is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Griffith pushes his forearm into Ksikes's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Ksikes stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Ksikes lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head, AND SENDS GRIFFITH SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Ksikes!
