Boswell Baston vs Orleans Niel

Boxing Daily Report from the CNLJ Boxing promoted show at Marseille Peyrefitte, Marseille,  taking place on 23/07/2025:

Clearly CNLJ Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the France Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Boswell Baston (14 - 3) who hails from Lyon, France and Orleans Niel(6 - 8(1) - 3) from Nice, France.  Both Baston and Niel weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rush Nolle, and the three ringside judges are Blaise de Bergerac, Sennett Hugo and Hello Allie.  

Round 1: 

Niel steps to the outside.  Baston attempts to land a jab, but Niel sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Baston feints a cross and triggers a left uppercut counter from Niel.  Baston springs the trap, countering with  a left uppercut.
