Fausto Alicata vs Dante Bordiga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Sicily promoted show at Messina Zocco, Messina,  taking place on 22/07/2025:

Clearly AI Italy-Sicily have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fausto Alicata (11 - 5 - 5) who hails from Palermo, Italy and Dante Bordiga(9 - 2 - 1) from Bologna, Italy.  Alicata weighed in at 108 pounds, while Bordiga weighed in at 107 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Colombo Masotti, and the three ringside judges are Savio Trapattoni, Rodolfo Candreva and Luca Catanoso.
